Frequently Asked Questions

Phase 1 Overview

Phase 1 is the first operating step in the Jones Restaurant Group plan. It is designed around a centralized commissary and operations hub that can support food production, retail pickup, catering preparation, mobile/event operations, initial corporate functions, and rentable licensed kitchens. The goal of Phase 1 is to build the operating engine first, begin creating early revenue opportunities, and prepare the company for future expansion in a more disciplined way.

Phase 1 is expected to focus on revenue channels that can be supported from the commissary platform. These may include retail pickup, catering support, food truck or mobile/event support, commissary production, and two rentable licensed kitchen spaces. The purpose is to avoid relying on only one restaurant concept at the beginning. Phase 1 is designed to create multiple early revenue paths while building the systems needed for future growth.

JRG starts with Phase 1 because the commissary is the operating backbone of the larger platform. Before building a larger flagship facility, the company needs to prove workflows, train teams, standardize recipes, build vendor relationships, test demand channels, and create repeatable operating systems. Starting with Phase 1 is intended to reduce risk, control early execution, and give JRG a stronger foundation before moving into larger-scale expansion.

Milestones & Use of Funds

Capital is expected to support the planning, professional review, site evaluation, legal and accounting preparation, investor materials, campaign readiness, consultant support, and Phase 1 commissary development. As the project advances, more detailed use-of-funds information will be provided through official investor materials, offering documents, or campaign disclosures when applicable.

Yes. JRG intends to share progress updates as the company moves through planning, professional review, site readiness, funding preparation, commissary development, and operational launch milestones. The goal is to keep supporters, potential investors, advisors, and strategic partners informed as the project develops.

Expected Phase 1 milestones may include site review, site readiness, design and planning work, legal and accounting preparation, kitchen build-out, equipment planning, licensing and permitting, operating procedures, retail pickup launch, rental kitchen readiness, catering support activation, and KPI reporting. These milestones are intended to help measure progress before the company expands into the larger Phase 2 flagship facility.

Investor FAQ

This website is for informational purposes only and does not by itself constitute an offer to sell securities or a solicitation of an offer to buy securities. Any securities offering, if made, will be conducted only through official offering documents and in accordance with applicable securities laws. Visitors may join the interest list to receive future updates if an offering becomes available.

JRG may explore different capital options as the project advances, including possible Regulation Crowdfunding for early supporters and future Regulation D opportunities for accredited investors. The final structure, timing, terms, and availability of any investment opportunity will depend on legal, accounting, securities, business, and market readiness.

Interested individuals can join the JRG update list or investor interest list to receive future information as materials become available. Formal investor materials, if offered, will be shared only through the proper channels and official documents. No one should rely on website content alone when making an investment decision.

Regulation Crowdfunding, often called Reg CF, allows eligible companies to raise capital from a broad group of investors through an approved online funding portal. If JRG launches a Reg CF campaign, the offering details, risks, terms, financial information, and required disclosures would be made available through the official crowdfunding platform.

The timing has not been finalized. JRG is currently focused on planning, professional preparation, investor-readiness materials, and Phase 1 strategy. Anyone interested in following the process can join the update list to receive announcements if a crowdfunding campaign is launched.

If a JRG Wefunder campaign goes live, interested participants would visit the official campaign page, create or sign in to a Wefunder account, and review the offering materials, disclosures, investment terms, and risk factors. Any investment would be completed directly through the Wefunder platform and would be subject to applicable laws, platform requirements, investor eligibility rules, and the terms of the offering. Joining JRG’s update list will help ensure that you receive an announcement if a campaign becomes available. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy securities.

Accredited Investor Information

A Regulation D 506(c) offering is a private securities offering that may allow a company to generally solicit investment interest, but sales may only be made to verified accredited investors. If JRG pursues a 506(c) offering, participation would require proper accredited investor verification and review of official private offering materials.

Accredited investors may use the website’s accredited investor interest form or contact JRG directly to request future information. Submitting interest does not guarantee access to an offering, allocation, investment terms, or acceptance. Any future participation would depend on official documents, legal requirements, verification, and company approval.

Reg CF offerings are generally made through a regulated crowdfunding portal and may be available to both accredited and non-accredited investors, subject to legal limits and platform requirements. Regulation D 506(c) offerings are private offerings available only to verified accredited investors. They typically involve different documentation, investor verification, legal requirements, and minimum investment expectations.

Future Expansion / Phase 2

Phase 2 is envisioned as the larger customer-facing JRG flagship facility. The concept may include multiple food categories, family dining, pickup and drive-thru convenience, Ethan’s Ice Cream & Desserts, Ollie’s Bar, event space, banquet capabilities, parking, solar canopies, and EV charging. The goal is to use the operating systems developed in Phase 1 before expanding into the full destination-style hospitality facility.

Yes, the Phase 2 vision includes event, banquet, and meeting capabilities as part of the broader JRG platform. These spaces are intended to support weddings, private events, business meetings, community gatherings, catered affairs, and other event-driven demand. Final design, size, timing, and availability will depend on site selection, financing, approvals, and development planning.
