Phase 1 - Build First is the operating engine of JRG: a centralized commissary hub designed to power production, fulfillment, and standardization across brands—while supporting early revenue channels and operational readiness for Phase 2.

Phase 1 Build First- Includes

Commissary & Production Kitchen

Central production, quality control, prep workflows, and standardized recipes that support consistency across concepts.

Retail + Catering Staging Pickup

Order-ahead pickup and catering fulfillment from a controlled, repeatable operating environment.

Initial Corporate Office (HQ Functions)

Admin, finance, hiring/training, marketing, vendor management, and operational reporting to support disciplined execution.

Two Rentable Licensed Kitchens (Rental Kitchens)

Two additional licensed kitchen units intended for lease/rental—creating early revenue and increasing utilization of the facility.

Food Truck Dispatch / Mobile Ops

Mobile/event execution supported by centralized production and standardized workflows.
